Birch: astringent, soothing
Camphor: stimulating, cools then heats
Ginger: warming and energizing to muscles and joints.
Rosemary: balancing, invigorating, and soothing to tired muscles
This oil can be either blended in with massage lotion or balm for a healing massage or simply diffused in a diffuser. We recommend 3-6 drops per use. Shake the oil thoroughly before use.
